franklin wojciech pulaski is a former fbi agent living in chicago. he was let go from the bureau after a blood cult in indiana named him their savior, which made him go a little crazy. now he works odd jobs in his hometown. he often gets dreams about horrible tragedies and dubious people, and starts to believe that they are messages from a higher power. he starts to interpret the dreams and enact vigilante justice to stop them before something terrible happens.
